Relax, unwind, just get away from it all, a hour out to relax, to stretch muscles and let the mind calm down.
This class is suitable for anyone returning to exercise after a illness and have been cleared by their GP to start light fitness. It is very beneficial to those that are very stiff and sore, or have anxiety or depression.
Using Yoga Nidra at the end, a form of yoga that allows the body and mind to go into a rejuvenating state we can tackle and clear emotional and physical blockages letting us be our own unique frequency.
