Thursday Pilates 7:00-8:00pm
Chair Pilates – Keep Moving Mondays from 11:15pm. Slower Pilates based exercise class which involves sitting and standing postures.
Strengthen and move, without getting on the floor. This is physio led, exercise class. Exercises are done in a standing or seated position. We aim to increase muscle strength, improve bone health and balance and reduce risk of falls. Ideal for the older client or those with more serious injuries.
