Qi Qong/Tai Chi

Friday morning 11:30am class is suitable for those that have some practice and wish to deepen their knowledge. However, beginners are welcome and will learn at the level they can reach.

Qi Qong / Tai Chi cultivate the Qi, also spelt Chi –  the life energy that flows through the body’s energy pathways –  by combining movement, breathing and meditation. Tai Chi and Qigong have in common the same basic property (Qi), the same fundamental principle (relaxation), and the same fundamental method (slowness).

Qi Qong is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training.
